Le b\u00e2timent se compose de deux ailes parall\u00e8les reli\u00e9es par un volume central abritant les espaces de circulation, les locaux techniques et les gaines. Entre les deux ailes, un agr\u00e9able espace vert ext\u00e9rieur avec chemin d'acc\u00e8s au b\u00e2timent, ainsi que des terrasses situ\u00e9es c\u00f4t\u00e9 sud, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9s. Pour nous, c'est un bel exemple de la combinaison de nos diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux (c\u00e9ramique, aluminium laqu\u00e9, bois, fibres-ciment).
