Residentie Regent VI
The visual impact was a key focus of this renovation. Ceramic tiles with alternating grain directions – horizontal and vertical – create a dynamic façade that plays with light and shadow. As the existing natural stone and render imposed structural constraints, the anchoring was carried out solely on the concrete floor slabs. Our engineers opted for a floor-to-floor fixing system using box sections, which makes the façade sleek, stable and durable.
